What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All European orders are shipped Express to all countries, all rates are displayed live at your checkout based on your delivery country. Home delivery or Pick up store are both available when possible.

French orders are receiving a lower shipping cost due to our proximity. We will ship Express to pick up store only right now.

Go to the checkout page and shipping costs will be displayed live.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We are accepting payment with most of the credit card through our partner Stripe

You can alternatively pay with Paypal in a near future.

We will also accept Bitcoin payment in a near future.

How long will delivery take?

We use Express carriers only like DHL, UPS, Fedex or Chronopost depending of your delivery address.

You can expect a delivery in 48H to 72H in most of the European countries, but please keep in mind that due to the very special time we are all going through with COVID19, delivery could sometime take longer.

We will always do our best to sort any situation.

Excluded VAT sales

We run this business as a micro company, we are not subject to VAT.
Therefore we can not issue any invoice with appearing VAT.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website is SSL secured and payment card numbers are not hold in your account or in our systems.

Our payment partner Stripe is one of the most secured payment gateway system available.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation on your mail right after the payment is processed.

If your product is not on backorder, it will be prepared as fast as possible

Then you will be notified as soon as your order is going out and will receive a tracking number so you can check your package anytime you want.
